Return & Exchange Policy

  1. If you wish to cancel your order: You can request cancellation by email (skete@societystjohn.com) before your order has been shipped.  Please note that an email cancellation request is only a REQUEST: we do not guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order prior to shipment.  Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.  A full refund - minus credit card processing fees - will be given if we are able to cancel your order prior to shipment;  When your order has already been shipped, some goods may be returned in accordance with clause 4.
  2. Some goods ordered from us can be returned (see exclusions in cause 4) within 14 days of receipt for a refund – less shipping and handling. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
  3. Upon receipt of the goods we will process a refund of the amount paid – less shipping and handling.
  4. The ability to return the goods to us as referred to in numbers 2 and 3 will not apply in the following circumstances: to any product that is perishable (i.e. bakery, confections, fruitcakes, nut trail mix, etc.); in the event that the product has been used; to any products that we have made or customised specifically for you.
  5. If an order is returned to us by the shipping company (i.e. undeliverable due to bad address or refused by recipient) we reserve the right to deduct any return shipping costs that may be assessed by the shipping company from your refund. We also reserve the right to deduct credit card processing fees from your refund.
